Its always good to see a different view of this tricky topic. The vids are well done too. I notice you have attracted the attention of the self appointed "crackpot haters", at least one of whom rates you as the worlds all time greatest crackpot - which I is already better recognition than a Nobel Prize!
My approach to Time is quite different from yours, almost completely opposite. I see Time as the "specious now" that Einstein dismissed. The Specious Now (aka Presentism) recognises that Past is an artefact of human memory only, while Future is a logical extension of our artificial concept of Past. Past and Future do not exist except in our minds. Presentism is very very simple, but incredibly hard for most people to come to grips with. Once you get it, its stupefyingly obvious.
We use Past and Future to understand motion, but the conventional Time Model is flawed, as you have yourself noted, leading to the need to find a ToE. The solution is not to persist with what is already a complicated Model, but to simplify. I would like to expound on this but I have run out of time :-) In any case this is not the place to do it.
